A turducken is a chicken stuffed inside a duck stuffed inside a turkey, with stuffing in between the deboned poultry layers. Looks gross at this stage, huh?
Much improved after it's trussed.
And delicious after roasting for many hours!

To conclude the day, we enjoyed a fabulous after-dinner show...the kids singing and dancing to a scene from their Uncle Mitch's Broadway hit, Rock of Ages.
